Pursuant to Public Law 30-196 Chapter V, Section e (11) and in accordance with Judicial Council Guam Resolution no. JC 15-004: Effective February 20, 2015, all credit card payments will be assessed a convenience fee of 3.10% of the amount being paid. This convenience fee will be reflected on your credit card receipt. It is important that you verify your receipt for this additional fee that is added on to your payment should you choose to pay via credit card. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
