Indigent Defense

In light of the enactment of P.L. 38-048 (Aug. 18, 2025) and pursuant to Promulgation Order No. PRM06- 006-30 (Sept. 26, 2025), the Local Rules of Court governing Indigent Defense were repealed and would have no effect after Sept. 30, 2025. Certain portions of former MR 1.1.4 and MR 1.1.5 relating to the appointment and compensation of court interpreters were promulgated as General Rule GR 12.1 by Prom. Order No. PRM06-006-30.
