Sunshine Act

The Judiciary of Guam is dedicated to providing transparency and maintaining compliance with 5 GCA Chapter 10, also known as the Sunshine Reform Act of 1999. Please note that the Sunshine Act does not require the Judiciary to produce documents, but only requires disclosure of documents which already exist. Further, the Sunshine Act contains several exceptions to disclosure (5 GCA § 10108). Fees are governed by the fee schedule approved by the Judicial Council of Guam (available below).
